CAMPGROUND FEATURES

Goomburra Valley Campground is privately owned and operates in a safe and family friendly manner. Perfect for family groups, a budget holiday with children, or if you just wish to get away for that quiet weekend. Retirees can also enjoy a quiet mid week break.


Caravan Clubs, and other social clubs are also welcome, so whether you have a swag, tent, a caravan or a fifth wheeler, there would always be a spot for you to rest and relax at Goomburra Valley Campground

Flat grassed, shady camp sites, in a bush setting
Some sites with creek frontage and most have a fireplace.
Powered sites available (shared power)
Hot showers and flushing toilets (included in the fees)
Wood and gas BBQ areas
Firewood and Ice available
Bunkhouse accommodation with linen supplied. 14 beds in dormitory style, some are petitioned for privacy, with access to cooking facilities and amenities.
Children are welcome to ride bicycles around the grounds. (helmets must be worn), or play and swim in the creek.

Well behaved pets are allowed with prior arrangement (bond and conditions apply.)
Catering available for functions (bookings essential)
Undercover function area with seating for large groups.

100 0582possumThe campground is 5km from the World Heritage Listed National Park, a perfect spot for bush walking and bird watching.

Darling Downs Zoo and Glengallen Homestead are also just a short drive away.

There is no mobile phone reception after the Goomburra Hall, a public pay phone is available at the office. TV reception is via satellite only

Please note- if your camping experience is to party till dawn, play loud music, and drink excessively then please do not camp with us at Goomburra Valley Camp Ground.

We are very strict in ensuring that our rules are followed and will have no hesitation in evicting campers that are disruptive and spoil the safety and enjoyment of other campers.
